the item i am interested in is sold-out, will it be available again?
absolutely! it is more than likely in production right now. however it might take a few weeks to be restocked - keep in mind that neenineen is fully run and operated by one person and everything is made by hand.
how much is shipping? and do you ship internationally?
shipping depends on weight and size of item(s) - generally shipping starts around $8 for smaller pieces. i currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada, but if you’re interested in having an item shipped internationally please email for a shipping quote.
can i place a custom order?
yes! i do offer options for custom orders for big quantities and/or large pieces (specifically lighting). please email to inquire!
how long do made-to-order items take to ship?
made-to-order items take 4 to 7 weeks to produce (again, remember it is just me in studio making your special pieces!) - you will receive an email when they are on their way to you!
do you offer wholesale?
i do offer wholesale depending on availability and compatibility. please email to inquire!

i am working on it! it might take a few days for me to get to it but i will, and i appreciate your patience - if you sent a DM through instagram please send again through email, i prefer to keep order communications there!
do you offer replacements and / or refunds?
unfortunately i cannot offer replacements or refunds on orders unless they broke in shipping - in that case please send an email with photos of the package and broken pieces. when handling pieces, keep in mind that ceramic is fragile!
if you need help mending a broken piece please email and i will be happy to walk you through it.
how should i clean / maintain my piece(s)?
all pieces can be cleaned with soap and water. they are microwave and dishwasher safe, however i do recommend hand washing to prevent chipping and color ware. pipes can be cleaned with salt and rubbing alcohol (check out full cleaning instructions in my instagram story highlights).
